What Makes Us Different From the Rest? Let’s face it; there are several event planners and coordinators in the market today. So, what makes us differ from the rest? - At GP Events we pride ourselves on being organized, punctual and professional at all times. These elements are key in planning and coordinating events and ensuring that they are successful and done with excellence.
- We’re there from beginning to end!! Many planners and coordinators do not show up until 30 minutes prior to the start of an event, and leave half way through. We believe in being the first persons on site before set-up, and the last ones to leave after breakdown.
- No job is too big or too small, so if it means cutting the cake, or scrubbing the floor, we do what it takes to get the job done.
- For all of our packages we offer unlimited consultations. Whether it’s through e-mail, conference calls or face-to-face meetings, the more we communicate with our clients, the better understanding we have of the event to ensure that everything is to our client’s approval.
- We’re AFFORDABLE. We are flexible when working with our clients. It’s not all about money. We genuinely care about our clients and believe that everyone should have the event they’ve dreamed of, even if monetarily they believe they can not afford it.
- We have several preferred vendors that we can recommend to our potential clients that can fit any budget.
- Each of our clients are unique, and no two events are the same. From invitations, to décor or favors, we believe in developing themes that fit our client’s vision and style.
